Trenord has initiated a new recruitment campaign for staff to join its Assistance&Control team, the unit responsible for providing traveler assistance in stations. Applications for the selection process will be accepted until September 30th, following the instructions available on the “Lavora con noi” (Work with Us) page of trenord.it.
The company’s website is also accepting applications for the role of an examiner certified by ANSFISA, the National Agency for Railway, Road, and Highway Infrastructure Safety. This position will be responsible for training and assessing personnel at Trenord’s training schools.
Deployed in squads, the Assistance&Control operators are stationed at key locations, rotating between stations experiencing high passenger traffic and those affected by service changes or irregularities.
The team’s staff also collaborates with the company’s Security division in case of critical situations.
