A 17-year-old male was stabbed during a festival in Rampazzo, a district of Camisano Vicentino (Vicenza province), late last night. The incident occurred shortly after midnight.
While details remain under investigation, preliminary reports indicate the victim sustained two stab wounds inflicted with a small knife: one to the chest and another near the armpit.
The alleged attacker, described only as another youth, has not yet been identified. Authorities state the victim does not know the identity of his assailant. Emergency services were alerted by a friend of the 17-year-old. The victim was transported to Vicenza’s San Bortolo Hospital, where he remains hospitalized under observation.
The Carabinieri are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the assault.
