Milan’s Court of Review has postponed until Thursday the 14th a hearing to consider lifting house arrest for former Milan city councilor Giancarlo Tancredi, arrested July 31 in an urban planning investigation. Tancredi’s lawyer, Giovanni Brambilla Pisone, stated the prosecution submitted additional documents this morning, compelling the defense to seek more time for review. Attorney Eugenio Bono, representing ex-landscape commission member Giuseppe Marinoni, may file a similar request.
