A 71-year-old woman died after being struck by a vehicle just before noon in Milan’s Gratosoglio district. The incident occurred on Via Saponaro, where the driver fled the scene on foot, abandoning the car. Authorities confirmed the vehicle bore French license plates and had been reported stolen. Local police are conducting the investigation.
