Prada Group recorded first-half revenues of €2.74 billion, representing a 9% increase at constant exchange rates (+8% at current exchange rates). Retail sales grew 10.1% (+8% at current rates) to €2.453 billion, with second-quarter retail growth at 7.6%. While the core Prada brand saw retail sales decline (-1.9% in the half, -3.6% in the quarter), Miu Miu delivered exceptionally strong growth, surging 49% over the six months and 40% in the quarter. The Group’s adjusted operating profit reached €619 million, up from €575 million in the prior year period. Net income was €386 million, slightly higher than the previous €383 million. Prada confirmed the closing of its acquisition of Versace is expected in the second half of this year.
