Holding second place, “Jurassic World: Rebirth” starring Scarlett Johansson earned €4.52 million, bringing its four-week total to €9.55 million. New entries included Steven Soderbergh’s supernatural thriller “Presence” in fourth (€224,149; €238,257 over six days), while Peter Jackson’s enduring classic “The Lord of the Rings” claimed fifth with €224,149 (€820,997 total).
Further down the chart, the thriller “I Know What You Did” landed sixth with €125,889 (€577,069 total), followed by Joseph Kosinski’s racing action film “F1” starring Brad Pitt at seventh (€122,132; €5.20 million over five weeks). “How to Train Your Dragon” placed eighth (€115,425; €8.81 million total), with Pixar’s “Elio” ninth (€103,496; €2.49 million over six weeks). Disney’s “Lilo & Stitch” closed the top ten with €87,778, surpassing €22.08 million after ten weeks.
Overall weekend revenues surged 43% to €4.95 million compared to the previous week’s €3.47 million.
