Israeli forces shot and killed a 13-year-old Palestinian boy, Amr Ali Qabha, in the town of Ya’bad, south of Jenin in the occupied West Bank, according to the Palestinian news agency Wafa. Wafa reported that Israeli soldiers fired live ammunition at the teenager while he was walking in the street and subsequently prevented ambulances from reaching him to provide medical assistance. When the boy’s father attempted to reach his son, Israeli forces allegedly brutally beat and arrested him.
