A violent assault occurred overnight at a beach establishment on Pescara’s waterfront during an event. The victim, a 44-year-old man reportedly working at the venue, sustained head injuries after being struck with a bottle and required hospitalization for a head trauma.
Authorities are reconstructing the motives for the altercation. Preliminary reports suggest a dispute erupted after a group attempted to set off fireworks within the lido premises. The physical assault itself took place outside the venue on the sidewalk.
Police, Carabinieri, and medical personnel responded immediately to the emergency call. The victim remains under observation in the Emergency Department. Military police are actively investigating the incident to identify those responsible.
