Authorities executed searches at Boeri’s properties though no pre-trial detention was requested. The investigation reportedly focuses on redevelopment projects including the Pirellino building. Boeri currently faces charges in two separate Milan cases: alleged auction manipulation and false statements regarding the European Library of Information and Culture, and building violations in the Bosconavigli project.
