罗马欧洲艺术节重要单元”Ultra Ref”于9月20日正式开幕。本届艺术节以罗马屠宰场艺术中心为主会场，集中呈现音乐、舞蹈、数字艺术等跨领域创新作品。 开幕活动以美国先锋流行歌手Lyra Pramuk和电子音乐人Isabelle Lewis的双音乐会拉开序幕。艺术节特别设置”Ultra Club”单元，于9月23日起举行为期五天的流行音乐与科技探索专场，包括欧洲新锐音乐人展演、意大利女性创作歌手专题等活动。 数字艺术板块展出25位美术学院学生的增强现实作品。舞蹈单元” Dancing Days”将于10月15日至19日举办，推介欧洲年轻编舞家作品，其中开幕作品《设拉子》致敬上世纪伊朗国际艺术节。戏剧单元将上演爱尔兰剧作家Marina Carr作品《iGirl》的意大利首演。 艺术节持续至10月下旬，包含立陶宛文化专题、非洲当代舞蹈剧场等国际合作项目。该活动由罗马市政府与Palaexpo特别公司联合主办，旨在推动艺术创新与跨文化对话。
