Physicians at Rome’s Bambino Gesù hospital have awakened a 15-year-old boy from a medically induced coma. The teenager was struck by lightning on Sunday afternoon in Crognaleto, in the province of Teramo. The medical team overseeing his recovery is expressing cautious optimism, though the boy remains in the intensive care unit. His prognosis is still reserved.
