Son of Deceased Photography Critic Rules Out Foul Play

The son of late photography critic Maurizio Rebuzzini has stated his father was a good man and that the possibility of someone harming him is “extremely remote.” Filippo Rebuzzini spoke following his father’s death yesterday in Milan, an event which has prompted an investigation by the Milan Prosecutor’s Office.

Filippo refuses to even entertain the idea of murder, believing his father’s death was due to natural causes or an accident. “He operated with great ethics and professionalism, always for the good and the cultural interest of photography. This is why he was universally appreciated and a great friend to many important photographers,” he said.

“Photography was his life. I have no memory of my father taking a vacation. There wasn’t a single day he didn’t go to the studio to do something related to the magazine or an idea he had in his head,” he concluded.
