The Milan Prosecutor’s Office has concluded its investigation into alleged evidence tampering by two Carabinieri officers involved in the case of Ramy Elgaml. The 19-year-old died in a scooter crash following a pursuit by military police on November 24 last year. Defense lawyer Piero Porciani expressed dismay, stating: “We are stunned. Despite proving the two officers were 290 meters from the impact site, prosecutors proceeded regardless.”
