Milan Court Frees Trio in Urban Planning Probe, Imposes One-Year Ban

Milan’s Review Court has revoked the house arrest of former city councilor Giancarlo Tancredi, former landscape commission member Giuseppe Marinoni, and manager Federico Pella, replacing it with a one-year ban. The three individuals, initially arrested on July 31st in an urban planning investigation, have now been released from custody. The court’s ruling imposes restrictive measures prohibiting specific professional activities for the duration of the ban period.
