Officers from the Greco Turro police station intercepted two young men, aged 20 and 18, on Via Ornato around 11 p.m. The search revealed they were carrying several grams of hashish and marijuana. The 20-year-old was also found in possession of a knife.
Following the initial stop, police conducted a search at the 20-year-old’s residence in Desio, in the province of Monza, uncovering a significantly larger operation. The suspect voluntarily handed over more than 900 grams of drugs stored at the location. Authorities also seized €11,315 in cash found inside the apartment.
In total, police confiscated 952 grams of hashish, 30 grams of marijuana, and the €11,315. The 20-year-old was arrested on drug dealing charges and is also under investigation for possession of a weapon. His 18-year-old accomplice was named as a suspect in the dealing investigation but was not arrested.
