Two foreign tourists were robbed of luxury watches worth a combined $260,000 in central Milan yesterday afternoon. The first robbery occurred around 2:00 PM on Via Manzoni. A 41-year-old Armenian man was punched in the face and relieved of a Patek Philippe watch valued at $110,000. Later, at approximately 4:30 PM in Piazza Diaz, a 56-year-old Indian tourist was assaulted by a man described as North African. The attacker punched the victim in the face, knocked him to the ground, and snatched a Richard Mille watch worth $150,000 from his wrist. The Indian victim was transported to the Policlinico hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
