“I know nothing; no one has ever told me about it, and I don’t believe such a thing is even technically feasible,” stated Lombardy Region President Attilio Fontana. He made the comments on the sidelines of an event by the newspaper *La Verità* in Milan when asked about the hypothesis of an early vote in Lombardy.
He added, “I don’t know; we will listen to any eventual requests. However, it is something so far away that it seems useless to talk about it now.”
