RIMINI – “The kind of autonomy Italy needs does not divide, it unites. It is not a banner to wave, but a concrete responsibility towards people, businesses, and communities.” This was the statement made by the President of the Lazio Region, Francesco Rocca, on Facebook from the Rimini Meeting.
“Autonomy must translate into solidarity – not obstacles to rights,” he added. “It means listening to the territories to reduce inequalities and strengthen opportunities. We must bring the ‘Jubilee model’, which is made of collaboration and concrete action between institutions, into our daily practice. For me, autonomy means responsibility.”
