Giorgio Armani Transfers Property Empire to Family, Partner Retains Usage Rights

Fashion magnate Giorgio Armani has transferred full ownership of the real estate company L’Immobiliare Srl to his sister Rosanna and his nephews Andrea Camerana and Silvana Armani. The beneficiaries received a 75% stake in full ownership and the remaining 25% in bare ownership. Armani’s longtime partner and right-hand man, Leo Dell’Orco, was granted the usufruct—the right to use and derive profit from the properties. The company’s portfolio includes prestigious real estate holdings in Saint Tropez, Antigua, Broni, and Pantelleria.
