Gaza Health Ministry Reports Over 18,800 Child Fatalities Since Start of War

The Hamas-run health ministry in Gaza states that at least 18,885 children have been killed by the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) in the Strip since the war began on October 7, 2023. The ministry’s figures, reported by Al Jazeera, place the total number of Palestinian casualties at over 62,000.
