Drunken Woman Bites Security Guard at Festival, Tooth Embedded in Arm

A 42-year-old woman from Mantova, who was visibly intoxicated, bit a security guard on the arm with such force that one of her teeth became lodged in his flesh. The incident occurred on August 10th at a festival in the Canedole district of Roverbella but was only announced by the Carabinieri today.

Event organizers first noticed the woman behaving disruptively as she wandered among the food and drink stands. They requested that private security personnel keep her under observation to prevent her from bothering other attendees. A 58-year-old security guard from Negrar (Verona) approached the woman to ask her to leave after she began harassing patrons and demanding more alcohol.

The woman reacted with sudden violence, biting the guard’s arm. The bite was so severe that it resulted in a tooth being left embedded in the man’s arm. The guard was transported to the emergency room of Mantova Hospital where, after receiving treatment, he was discharged with a prognosis of 15 days for recovery. The woman has been reported for causing injury.
