The Senate has granted final approval to the tax reform delegation bill with 92 votes in favor and 62 against, endorsing the text unchanged from the version passed by the Chamber of Deputies on July 16. Senate President Ignazio La Russa noted in the chamber that this marks the final agenda item before the summer recess. Parliamentary proceedings will resume at 10 a.m. on September 10.
