Concern Grows in Valtellina Over Missing Woman in Berlin

Significant concern surrounds the disappearance of Nicol Silvestri, a 36-year-old woman originally from Livigno in Italy’s Valtellina region but residing in Germany. Silvestri has been missing for several days in Berlin, where she has lived for some time. Friends and family, alarmed by the lack of contact for days, issued an alert and circulated an appeal on social media.

According to a description provided by her family in a flyer, Silvestri is approximately 1.65 meters tall (5’5″), has several tattoos on her arms, and a septum piercing. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Those searching for her have indicated she may be in a confused state and could have her cat with her.

Italian nationals living in the German capital have helped spread the family’s appeal via Facebook.

Anyone who has seen Silvestri is urged to report information to the relevant authorities, such as the Italian Embassy in Berlin, or directly to her family, whose contact details were shared in the appeal. Her brother, Alan, is now in Berlin, with the family naturally hoping for her swift and safe return. “It’s a delicate situation,” stated her brother, who is from Valtellina.
