Three individuals are under investigation for involuntary manslaughter, involuntary bodily harm, and trading in harmful food substances related to a fatal botulism poisoning case in Diamante (Cosenza). The Paola Prosecutor’s Office announced the suspects include a mobile vendor who allegedly sold the contaminated product and the legal representatives of two companies that supplied the food items used in its preparation. The victims are a man originally from the Naples area and a woman resident of the Cosenza province, who died yesterday.
