The Carabinieri of the Rome Centro Company have carried out an extraordinary control operation in the Termini station area. The initiative, following the strategic directives outlined by Rome’s Prefect, Dr. Lamberto Giannini, was aimed at the prevention and combating of all forms of illegality and urban decay.
During the activities, the Carabinieri reported four individuals: an Italian citizen and a Romanian citizen for violating a re-entry ban into the municipality of Rome, and another Italian citizen and a Tunisian citizen for breaching an Urban Daspo (D.a.c.u.r.) order issued against them by the Rome Police Commissioner.
In the course of the checks, the Rome Centro Carabinieri also issued administrative fines to two persons found in possession of 2 grams and 6 grams of hashish, respectively. Furthermore, three individuals without a fixed abode were sanctioned for violating the ban on loitering near the Termini station. They were simultaneously served with a 48-hour removal order from the area and an administrative fine of 100 euros.
