The new Chief Prosecutor of Frosinone, Francesco Minisci, introduced himself by acknowledging the challenges of the local judicial system. “I am aware of the complexity of the territorial reality in which I will operate, due to the structural and resource deficiencies that now characterize the judiciary,” Minisci stated. “But starting from this awareness, I can guarantee that I will bring to this new office all the experience I have gained over the years, along with my total commitment and a passion that still distinguishes my approach to the work of a magistrate.”
Minisci arrives from the Prosecutor’s Office in Rome, where he served for nearly sixteen and a half years. In the coming days, he is scheduled to meet with top law enforcement officials to gain a more precise picture of local criminal dynamics and to focus on building synergistic cooperation.
In his address, the new Chief Prosecutor thanked the acting prosecutor, Vittorio Misiti, for his work during the interim period. Minisci also highlighted the critical importance of maintaining dialogue with the Court, the Bar Association, and the press, placing special emphasis on the necessity of a strong relationship with the public.
