European Council President Antonio Costa has stated that a significant meeting of the “Coalition of the Willing” was held, declaring that forces are being united to bolster security guarantees for Ukraine. The effort encompasses support through air, sea, and land, as well as the regeneration of Ukrainian forces. “The Coalition is not only willing but also capable of delivering on its promises,” Costa affirmed following the summit in Paris.
