Following his acclaimed 2024 tour, legendary Genesis guitarist Steve Hackett is returning to Italy for seven concerts beginning September 2nd. The tour will feature the show “Genesis Greats – Lamb Highlights & Solo,” which celebrates the 50th anniversary of the band’s iconic album, “The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway.” The live performances will include a selection of the most successful tracks from this monumental record.
Hackett’s schedule includes performances on September 2 at the Teatro Arcimboldi in Milan; September 3 in Piazza dei Signori, Vicenza; September 5 at the Sferisterio in Macerata; September 6 at the Cavea Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome; September 7 at the Palapartenope in Naples; September 9 at the Teatro Verdura in Palermo; and September 10 at the Palacongressi in Agrigento.
The timeless guitar work of Steve Hackett defined the sound of Genesis’s classic 70s output, which he has successfully brought back to the stage in recent years with his own extraordinary band. He will be joined on stage by an ensemble of renowned musicians: Roger King (Gary Moore, The Mute Gods) on keyboards; Craig Blundell (Steven Wilson) on drums, percussion, and vocals; Rob Townsend (Bill Bruford) on sax, flute, and percussion; Jonas Reingold (The Flower Kings) on bass and guitar; and Nad Sylvan (Agents of Mercy) on vocals.

This tour provides the perfect opportunity to celebrate half a century of this extraordinary album by including a selection of its highlights, alongside some of Hackett’s finest solo work and unmissable Genesis classics.
