Unknown vandals have targeted the Forza Italia party headquarters in the Montesacro district, located on Via Adamello in Rome’s Municipality III. This incident was reported in a statement by Luisa Regimenti, head of Forza Italia in Rome. The phrase ‘Fascists out of Montesacro’ was spray-painted on the wall of the office.
“I express my full solidarity with the municipal secretary, Giuseppe Pio Torcicollo, and the local activists,” Regimenti stated. “These cowardly acts will not intimidate us; on the contrary, they strengthen our conviction that we are on the right path. While we hope the perpetrators are quickly identified, we reaffirm our commitment not only in Municipality III but in all the city’s districts where we have strengthened our presence by opening new offices.”
Regimenti concluded, “There can be no no-go areas in Rome where violence and intimidation prevent political debate. We will move forward, strong in our values and ready to engage with everyone to assert our ideas for the future of the capital.”
