US VP Vance Reiterates No American Troops for Ukraine, Pledges Continued Security Support

U.S. Vice President JD Vance has reaffirmed the administration’s position, stating, “The president has been clear. There will be no American troops in Ukraine.” He emphasized, however, that the United States will “continue to play an active role in ensuring that Kiev has the necessary security guarantees and the confidence to end the war, and that Russia can stop the war.”
