Carabinieri have identified and charged three young men for an assault on a 17-year-old that occurred on July 20th in Marina di Ravenna. The incident began when the minor attempted to defend a girl who was being harassed by a group. He was subsequently struck in the face with a piece of broken glass but, fortunately, did not sustain serious injuries.
Coordinated by Prosecutor Angela Scorza, the local Carabinieri station conducted an investigation that involved hearing testimonies from multiple witnesses and the victim, and reviewing footage from area surveillance cameras. This led to the identification of the three suspects: a 23-year-old from the Romagna region and two minors. The trio has been charged with brawling, aggravated assault, and the illegal carrying of weapons or objects capable of causing harm.
