A 54-year-old woman was stabbed to death by her 57-year-old ex-husband at her workplace residence in La Spezia this morning at approximately 11:00 AM. The assailant, who had sought her out at the location, inflicted three fatal stab wounds before fleeing the scene. He surrendered himself to the Carabinieri police station in Ceparana (La Spezia) approximately one hour after the killing.
