Sace Appoints New Leadership: Picchi as Chairman, Pignotti as CEO

Italy’s Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) announced the appointment of Sace’s new board of directors following the state-guaranteed lender’s assembly today. Guglielmo Picchi was named Chairman, with Michele Pignotti appointed Chief Executive Officer. Board members Leopoldo Facciotti, Barbara Debra Contini, Fabio Pammolli, Silvia Tossini, Davide Bergami, Paola Noce, and Cristina Sgubin were also confirmed. The MEF extended best wishes to the incoming leadership while thanking outgoing Chairman Filippo Giansante and CEO Alessandra Ricci for their service.
