A 51-year-old Serbian citizen died following a violent street altercation in Pomigliano d’Arco, Naples province. Military police (Carabinieri) from the local station responded to Via Trieste 105 around 3:00 AM last night after emergency services (118) alerted them to three injured individuals.
The Serbian national was already deceased upon police arrival, apparently from injuries sustained during the assault. The two other injured persons, also foreign nationals, sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
Carabinieri coordinated by the Nola Prosecutor’s Office are investigating the incident, with a street brawl among the leading hypotheses. The investigation remains ongoing.
