Barack Obama’s staff forcefully dismissed accusations made by Donald Trump, branding them “bizarre” and “ridiculous”. The rebuttal comes in response to the President’s claim that Obama is the “ringleader” of a conspiracy to “rig the elections”. “Out of respect for the presidency, our office typically does not respond to the constant stream of absurdities and misinformation emanating from this administration,” Obama’s staff stated, according to CNN. “But these claims are sufficiently outrageous to warrant a response. These bizarre accusations are ridiculous and a feeble attempt to distract attention.”
