The Milan Court has imposed a one-year judicial administration on luxury fashion brand Loro Piana, a subsidiary of LVMH chaired by Antoine Arnault. Judges from the preventive measures section issued the ruling following an investigation by prosecutor Paolo Storari, which revealed that Loro Piana outsourced the production of clothing items—including jackets—to external manufacturers. The probe determined these operations occurred in working conditions involving “labor exploitation.”
