Rescue workers in Gaza report Israeli forces attacked a home in the Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza City, on Wednesday, killing at least five people and wounding several others, according to Al Jazeera. Concurrently, the Israeli military has urgently ordered the evacuation of all remaining residents in Gaza City and the northern town of Jabalia. An IDF spokesperson called it an “urgent warning,” directing civilians to move immediately south to the al-Mawasi area.
In a separate incident, a CNN journalist states he and his crew were attacked by Israeli settlers on Tuesday while reporting in the occupied West Bank. The team was documenting the death of a Palestinian-American teenager allegedly beaten to death near Ramallah days earlier.
