Giorgio Armani’s inaugural branded villas, the Armani Beach Residences Ras Al Khaimah, will offer exclusive private beach access and sweeping Persian Gulf vistas in the United Arab Emirates. Developed through a partnership between the designer and RAK Properties—the emirate’s leading real estate developer, founded in 2005 by Sheikh Bin Saqr Al Qasimi—the project will rise in Raha Bay, Mina’s premier residential district. The complex, featuring a limited collection of luxury beachfront villas and apartments, promises seamless environmental integration and a high-end lifestyle. Designed by Armani’s architectural team and inspired by his private residences, the properties will include bespoke amenities such as a private beach club and concierge services.
