A meeting of Italy’s center-right coalition leadership has been scheduled for next Wednesday around lunchtime to discuss strategy for upcoming regional elections.
The summit, to be held at Palazzo Chigi, the Prime Minister’s office, will be attended by Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni. Also present will be the leaders of the coalition parties: Matteo Salvini (Lega), Antonio Tajani (Forza Italia), and Maurizio Lupi (Noi Moderati). Their primary task will be to reach an agreement on the coalition’s gubernatorial candidates for the regions of Veneto, Campania, Puglia, and Tuscany.
