A man was wounded by gunfire during an ambush last night in Monte Sant’Angelo, a town in the Gargano area of Foggia province. Emergency services transported the victim to the hospital in San Giovanni Rotondo, where his condition is reported as serious. The Carabinieri are currently investigating the attack.
