A 15-year-old boy was witnessed falling into the Po River near Ponte della Becca in Pavia province yesterday afternoon, at the confluence with the Ticino River. Emergency services, including fire brigade units, immediately launched a search operation. Water rescue specialists from Pavia’s fire command are currently leading efforts at the scene, supported by divers from regional fire departments in Lombardy and Piedmont. The search for the teenager remains ongoing.
