DJ’s Father Accuses Ibiza Police of Murder in Son’s Death

Giuseppe Noschese, father of the late DJ Michele Noschese (known as Godzi), has filed a formal complaint with Spanish prosecutors accusing Ibiza police of voluntary manslaughter. His son died on the Balearic island under circumstances still under investigation.

According to the complaint reported by Tgr Rai Campania, local investigators assert the 35-year-old DJ died from cardiac arrest following an evening involving alcohol and drugs. The incident occurred after police, called by neighbours over loud music, intervened at a party Noschese was hosting for around ten friends at his home. The DJ was reportedly arrested and died during this interaction.

An autopsy was conducted this afternoon; its findings are considered crucial for determining the exact cause of death.

Witnesses at the party reportedly told the victim’s father that police officers beat his son without justification, leading to his death. They further alleged he was carried out of the house by his arms and taken directly to the morgue. These witness accounts form part of the complaint filed by Noschese, a prominent Naples-based doctor, and are now under review by Spanish authorities.
